About the role
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to lead the migration of a site to a new entity and to manage infrastructure across hybrid environments. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition and stable operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute site migration and associated hardware setup.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems.
- Manage virtualization environments using VMware.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- Support networking, backup and security operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure projects.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in hybrid (on‑premise and cloud) environments.
Required skills
- Windows Server administration.
- Linux/Unix administration.
- VMware virtualization.
- Cloud platforms – AWS and Azure.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Incident and performance management.
- Scripting for automation.
