Systems Engineer II (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

DYOPATH is seeking a Systems Engineer II to support critical infrastructure services in a remote, Mexico‑based environment. You will administer both cloud and on‑premises platforms, ensure system security and stability, and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor server performance to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
• Create and enforce server configuration standards across environments.
• Install, configure, update, and remove server software and applications.
• Monitor storage capacity and recommend improvements for growth.
• Evaluate and propose hardware and software upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement network security measures.
• Configure and maintain network settings, including IP addressing, DNS, and routing protocols.
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide technical support to end‑users experiencing system issues.
• Assist with hardware installations and minor equipment repairs.
• Support process improvements and operational initiatives to enhance service quality.
