About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Querétaro. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent for a global management consulting firm operating across aerospace, automotive, and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from role definition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with business managers to develop talent pipeline strategies.
• Utilize digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to identify candidates.
• Represent the company at networking events and university career fairs.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and work with global Talent Acquisition teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
