Talent Acquisition Partner – Latin America

About the role

Vylor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Latin America. Based in one of our regional hubs (Guadalajara, Mexico; Alphaville, Brazil; or Buenos Aires, Argentina), you will work within the People Team to attract top talent that fuels our innovative crop‑science business.

Key responsibilities

• Own full recruitment cycles for multiple countries in Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and others.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and People Team members to design staffing solutions and execute recruiting projects.
• Promote Vylor’s employer brand and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the region.
• Apply sourcing methodologies, leveraging social media, ATS, CRM tools and direct networking to build talent pipelines.
• Manage vacancy postings, candidate responses on internal and external job boards, and maintain KPI data accuracy.
• Participate in regional and global HR initiatives and projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships and provide administrative support for billing and payments.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international or matrix environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficiency with social media sourcing and direct search techniques.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
