Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

Scopely is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its global Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. You will develop diverse sourcing strategies, build relationships, and shape the top‑of‑the‑funnel process to attract top technical and non‑technical talent for the mobile gaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches across North America and Europe.
• Source and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates with high‑touch communication.
• Develop and iterate innovative sourcing strategies, using data to uncover opportunities and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Partners and Coordinators to build strong partnerships.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience and communicate Scopely’s story to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a global sourcing or talent research role within tech or gaming.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
• Excellent interviewing, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams.
