About the role

Visit.org is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for a short‑term, high‑priority hiring wave. This remote, Mexico‑based position runs for 2‑3 months and supports the company’s mission‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles across various departments and seniority levels.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through each interview stage.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and near‑term hiring needs.
• Conduct screening calls, coordinate interview schedules, and guide selection processes.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Deliver an inclusive, high‑quality candidate experience and assist with onboarding as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high‑volume or fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
