Talent & Communications Associate

About the role

Comunal is looking for a Talent & Communications Associate to lead its talent acquisition initiatives and help position the company as an employer of choice. The role blends recruiting coordination, internal and external communications, and employer‑branding activities in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruiting coordination, including candidate experience, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.
• Assist with onboarding and talent‑operations initiatives to ensure smooth new‑hire integration.
• Coordinate basic public‑relations and external‑communication projects, managing relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for press releases, visibility campaigns, and other communication activities.
• Help develop and distribute employer‑branding and culture‑related content both internally and externally.
• Contribute to positioning Comunal as a high‑performance, people‑centric organization.
