Talent Development Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Development Coordinator at Charger Logistics, you will serve as a bridge between the organization and its employees, overseeing employee relations, handling grievances, and supporting HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and relations issues, providing guidance to managers.
• Document employee relations matters in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
• Monitor and implement federal and provincial requirements, conduct investigations, and maintain records.
• Facilitate open‑door processes, workplace concerns, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support HR projects, recruitment cycles, job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Lead new‑employee orientations and onboarding experiences.
• Plan and coordinate engagement events, recognition programs, and team activities.
• Maintain and review job descriptions, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends for retention.
• Promote health and safety compliance and address policy or performance issues.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree in Human Resources (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in employee relations, training, counseling, coaching, or disciplinary actions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• Strong initiative, creative and lateral thinking, and ability to generate innovative ideas.
