About the role

This full‑time internship supports the Talent Development function within the Human Resources department of cbrands in Obregón, Sonora, Mexico. The intern will work closely with the HR team to assist in initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talent.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Talent Development team with day‑to‑day HR activities.
Support coordination of onboarding and training programs.
Help maintain HR records and documentation.
Participate in projects aimed at improving employee engagement.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
