Talent Management Coordinator

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to lead the global setup and deployment of listening processes such as OHS and Pulse, and to manage Talent Management assessments, engagement, and continuous listening programs across LATAM. The role works closely with the Global Talent Management COE, People Solutions, Global Communications and regional teams to design, implement and continuously improve these initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for global listening process setup, ensuring documentation, tool enhancements, and project planning.
• Develop and maintain job aids, training guides, and enablement materials, including translations.
• Coordinate communication materials with Global Communications and ensure proper deployment.
• Enable Talent Management and People Business Partners through training, calendar alignment, and system updates.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regional Talent Management partners and TM Ops teams.
• Gather and analyze data using advanced reporting and dynamic dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Own the LATAM Talent Management assessments, engagement, and continuous listening portfolio, monitoring cycles and maintaining deployment calendars.

Required profile

• Strong experience in coordinating HR or talent management programs at a regional or global level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and regions.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear training and enablement materials.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
