About the role

Scopely is looking for a Talent Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting for technical functions such as Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Marketing and Technical Product. The role partners closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for technical positions, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML and Technology leaders to understand talent needs and design hiring plans.
• Source and engage candidates through market mapping, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain passive pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and strategic advice to hiring managers.
• Drive interview calibration, ensure consistent assessment criteria and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Manage offer creation, negotiation and closing in partnership with Compensation, HR and business leaders.
• Use recruiting metrics and data to improve processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in gaming, technology, software, AI/ML or high‑growth environments.
• Proven success recruiting for Engineering, Data Science, IT/Security, Technical Product or related functions.
• Strong passive sourcing abilities and pipeline development in competitive technical markets.
• Ability to assess technical talent and understand software development and engineering disciplines.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organizational and multi‑search handling skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics.
