Tax Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax reviews for product launches and support global expansion initiatives. The role will work closely with finance, product, and business teams to ensure tax compliance and optimise tax processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Review tax implications of new product launches and expansion projects.
• Lead tax compliance and efficiency initiatives in Mexico, ensuring timely filing of local obligations.
• Partner with Lead Tax Manager, Controller and product heads to implement operational tax advice.
• Build relationships with overseas offices and external advisory firms to coordinate tax matters.
• Identify, report and raise awareness of tax risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Draft financial statement tax disclosures, including impacts on equity, income, non‑income taxes and cash‑flow statements.
• Implement automated tax reporting software solutions and maintain a best‑in‑class tax reporting framework.
• Establish robust controls to ensure SOX‑compliant income tax accounting review and documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with strong tax expertise.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a large, multinational, complex organisation.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate tax, international tax and VAT.
• Exceptional analytical ability and a hands‑on attitude.
• Experience in fast‑growing environments.
• Highly motivated, delivery‑focused and well‑organised.
