About the role
We are looking for a Taxes Accountant to support the ERP financial setup and implementation for our Mexican and U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal abilities with solid business acumen to ensure accurate financial reporting across borders.
Key responsibilities
- Weekly review of the income statement for both Mexican and American entities.
- Identify and verify the correct recording of daily transactions.
- Monthly reconciliation of balance‑sheet accounts for both companies.
- Prepare the North American consolidated trial balance for departmental use.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting position.
- Knowledge of the Epicor ERP system is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
