About the role
As a Team Manager for Louis Vuitton in Mexico City you will act as a role model for the store team and the wider business. You will lead sales initiatives, build a personal client portfolio and ensure every visitor receives a world‑class experience while maximising business opportunities on the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Drive client repurchase rates and cross‑selling through effective sales floor management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing team.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as the point of reference for a product category.
- Provide market expertise and develop strategies to maximise product performance using visual merchandising, client development training and team animations.
- Ensure a memorable and consistent customer experience for every store visitor.
Required profile
- Commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the luxury market, preferably gained in retail.
- Extensive people‑management experience and a passion for world‑class customer service.
- Agile, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
