Technical Project Manager

About the role

Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join its delivery centre in Mexico. You will work closely with engineering teams to design, develop and deliver cutting‑edge software solutions for a range of clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects using both waterfall and hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, track milestones and report progress.
• Oversee daily progress of eCommerce and digital initiatives, managing time, budget, scope and quality.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to development and implementation processes, maintaining transparency around exceptions.
• Represent PMO expectations within project teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in software delivery.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and tracking projects using dedicated tools.
• Ability to manage project financials and budgets.
