Technical Project Manager – Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for delivering scalable data solutions, building custom PowerApps, and creating insightful Power BI dashboards while ensuring data governance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary programs, define objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple project streams.
• Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Design and implement data models and flows in Microsoft Dataverse.
• Build and customize PowerApps to streamline business workflows.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows)
• PowerApps (custom app development)
• Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX)
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
• Experience with Azure services (preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira (preferred)
