TikTok Shop Home & Living Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to lead TikTok Shop’s Home & Living category. You will work closely with sellers and merchants to grow their presence on TikTok, leveraging the platform’s creator ecosystem and data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage end‑to‑end business partnerships with sellers and merchants.
• Identify innovative collaboration models that align with sellers’ short‑term and long‑term growth plans.
• Expand seller exposure by leveraging creators or building in‑house capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve key growth challenges.
• Provide consultative solutions covering content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics.
• Use data to understand pain points, define business requirements, spot opportunities, and prioritize actions.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives that benefit the broader ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in e‑commerce, with exposure to both platform and brand/merchant sides.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• High‑level written and spoken English for global collaboration.
• Familiarity with TikTok or other content‑driven platforms is a plus.
• Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
