Training Coordinator II – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Training Coordinator II on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support learning initiatives in Ciudad Juarez. The role focuses on delivering new‑hire orientation, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring regulatory compliance for training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct new‑hire orientation sessions.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, including curriculum updates and record keeping.
• Develop, update, and track training curricula, metrics, and evaluation results.
• Organize and deliver regulatory and operational training programs.
• Monitor contractor training compliance and maintain audit‑readiness for Mexican agencies.
• Provide support during internal and external audits and inspections.
• Manage training resources, reconcile department expenses, and generate purchase orders as needed.
• Lead projects and activities with other Training Coordinators and senior trainers.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating training programs and new‑hire orientation.
• Familiarity with LMS administration and training record management.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes in Mexico.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and supervise training activities.
