Training Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role
LVMH is seeking a passionate and dynamic Training Manager to elevate the performance of its retail teams across the luxury beauty and perfume portfolio. You will design, implement and deliver engaging training programs that enhance product knowledge, artistry and sales techniques, ensuring a world‑class customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑impact training sessions on brand heritage, product knowledge and clienteling.
- Provide on‑the‑floor coaching, observing store staff and refining sales and service skills.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collaborating with management to identify growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years of training experience in the perfumes & beauty sector.
- Proven track record as a Trainer or in a similar training capacity.
- Advanced, fluent English (mandatory).
- Full availability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
