Travel Risk Coordinator – Complex Environments

About the role

Join Amazon’s Travel Risk Management team to protect the health, safety, and security of business travelers worldwide. The Travel Risk Coordinator for the Complex Environments Program (CEP) ensures smooth operation of training, vendor management, documentation, and incident response across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update program SOPs, guidelines, playbooks, trackers, and internal wikis.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and action items; flag risks or delays to Travel Risk Managers.
• Compile data and draft inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews, OKRs, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional engagement with TRM regional teams, Amazon Security, Amazon Travel & Events, and business units.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) and kidnapping/extortion awareness sessions.
• Provide operational support during high‑impact personnel security incidents.
• Process secure ground‑transport vendor onboarding, payments, and regional booking requests.
• Review airline safety reports and monitor risk‑rating changes.
