Trilingual Customer Support Agent (English, Spanish, Russian) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Customer Support Agent who can assist English‑, Spanish‑, and Russian‑speaking drivers and fleet managers across the USA and Canada. You will join a growing technology team that delivers ELD logbook and fleet‑management solutions, providing front‑line support and occasional sales assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in English, Spanish, and Russian.
• Provide technical assistance for smartphone/tablet configurations and software usage.
• Identify product or service improvement opportunities and relay feedback to the product team.
• Assist with sales‑related queries when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written communication in English, Spanish, and Russian.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales serving English‑speaking customers.
• Tech‑savvy with basic knowledge of smartphone and tablet setups.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and personal computer with a headset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM platforms such as Zendesk (preferred).
