Validation and Verification Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Validation and Verification Team Leader to head our V&V team at Bosch Group’s development centre in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves leading specialists, ensuring rigorous testing of brake system products, and delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of validation and verification specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Plan, execute and document validation and verification activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Analyze test results and quality data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for process optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards (ISO, ASPICE) and internal policies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive validation status reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and regulatory affairs to align validation strategies.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in validation and verification, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Hands‑on experience with brake system products.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards such as ISO and ASPICE.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent project management capabilities, handling multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and motivate teams.
