Visual Creative – Amazon & TikTok Shop Designer

About the role

Essor is looking for a Visual Creative to craft compelling visual assets across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and paid‑media channels. You will translate brand guidelines into high‑impact images, videos, and motion graphics that drive engagement and sales for a portfolio of fast‑growing consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize Amazon PDP assets, including main images, gallery, A+ content, and video creatives.
• Design email and CRM layouts, campaign headers, and promotional modules with mobile‑first readability.
• Develop TikTok Shop visuals, covers, banners, and short‑form video edits tailored to the platform’s native format.
• Produce static and animated assets for DSP, Meta, TikTok, and display campaigns, adapting formats and ratios quickly.
• Support A/B testing, performance‑first design, and brand consistency across all channels.

• Hands‑on, curious, and eager to leverage AI, data, and automation in daily work.
• Rapid learner with a willingness to upskill on emerging tools.
• Ability to interpret briefs quickly and deliver strong visual solutions.
