Visual Designer Graduate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Visual Designer Graduate to join a global technology partner in a fully remote capacity. The role offers an early‑career designer the chance to work on branding, marketing and digital product initiatives, creating visual assets that reach audiences worldwide. You will collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to develop your creative skills and build a strong design foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for marketing and brand initiatives, including social media content, campaign materials, advertisements, and promotional designs.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital channels, product demos, and customer experiences.
• Produce creative visuals using existing asset libraries while exploring new approaches, such as AI‑generated imagery and 3D‑inspired content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand briefs and deliver high‑quality creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and contribute ideas to evolve the visual identity.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, balancing quality, creativity and delivery timelines.
• Partner with experienced designers to learn best practices and help shape a strong visual language.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design work from academic projects, personal work, freelance or professional experience.
• 0‑1 year of professional experience; internships, freelance projects or academic work are valued.
• Ability to work independently, manage several projects, adapt to feedback and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished visual work.
• Self‑motivated mindset with strong communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for digital design and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, or Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools like Midjourney.
• Knowledge of 3D design applications such as Blender or Spline (considered an asset).
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
