Visual Designer

About the role

QuinStreet is seeking a Visual Designer to join its Design Team within the Modernize Home Services division. You will be at the core of marketing initiatives, creating visual assets that reinforce the brand, drive performance, and resonate with homeowners and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and execute design for paid social, digital ads, email campaigns, and print collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand‑consistent assets supporting campaign and growth initiatives.
• Create social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Design landing pages, web banners, and other web‑focused creative with a focus on conversion.
• Uphold and evolve visual standards across all brand touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
• Incorporate feedback and use performance data to refine creative decisions.
• Champion AI‑driven design tools and workflows, sharing insights with the broader team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and brand design work.
• Detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• AI‑first mindset, eager to leverage emerging tools for efficiency and creativity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
