Visual Designer

About the role

The Visual Designer will join an office‑based creative team in Mexico, driving visual solutions across brand, sales, and product initiatives. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual solutions for a full range of brand, sales, and product initiatives.
• Revise and update existing designs and develop new concepts that follow brand guidelines.
• Execute projects across print, digital, responsive web, presentations, and support video, photography, and motion‑graphics work.
• React quickly to changing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and ensure high‑quality final deliverables.
• Participate actively in an iterative design process, providing feedback and supporting teammates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong ability to interpret brand guidelines and develop creative concepts.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, ego‑free, cross‑functional team.
