Web Content Specialist

About the role

The Web Content Specialist will join Eaton’s Corporate Sector division’s global Web Operations team, supporting the authoring, localization, and activation of web content across markets. This role ensures content meets UX, AEM authoring standards, and brand guidelines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end web publishing activities for global, localized, and local product pages, including quality assurance and go‑live execution.
• Create new web pages and manage existing ones using experience fragments, linking SKU data to product pages.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, translation, MDM, product and field marketing teams to deliver timely, accurate content.
• Prioritize projects, support new product introductions, campaigns, and maintain publishing schedules under tight deadlines.
• Utilize Power BI, Workfront (or Percolate), and AEM to monitor publishing health, manage workflows, and report performance.
• Apply continuous‑improvement and agile methodologies to identify root causes and drive operational excellence.
• Provide backup support for the team lead as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content publishing, preferably in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and web standards, UX, SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous‑improvement tools (A3, Gemba, VSM, PDCA, RCA).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
