Webflow Designer & Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer to create modern, visually compelling websites for our US‑based client. You will own the full lifecycle – from concept and visual design to implementation, interactions, animations, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive pages directly in Webflow.
• Create scroll‑based storytelling, animations, and interactive experiences.
• Translate complex AI, robotics, and B2B technology concepts into clear visual layouts.
• Develop reusable components, CMS templates, and custom code within Webflow.
• Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and conversion goals.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and engineering team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building production‑grade websites in Webflow.
• Strong portfolio of live Webflow projects you have designed and developed yourself.
• Excellent visual, typographic, and interaction design sensibility.
• Hands‑on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive design, and animations.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom Webflow code.
