Wedding Sales Lead Catcher

About the role

As a Wedding Sales Lead Catcher you will be the first point of contact for couples interested in hosting their wedding at our hotel. You will create a warm, memorable first impression and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales journey, turning inquiries into booked events.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and qualify wedding leads from multiple inquiry channels.
• Maintain accurate lead records and status updates in Salesforce.
• Prepare preliminary proposals, schedule site inspections and support the Wedding Sales team with administrative tasks.
• Research and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with wedding planners and referral partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Operations to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to contract.
• Monitor lead conversion metrics, generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Deliver prompt, personalized service that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
