Windows 365 Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Windows 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimise modern Microsoft workplace solutions. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of Windows 365, Azure, and Intune environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performing virtual desktop and endpoint services for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows 365 (Cloud PCs) environments.
• Manage devices, policies and compliance using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Configure, maintain and optimise Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Deploy, manage and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Administer and maintain SCCM / MECM for endpoint configuration.
• Implement and manage endpoint security with Microsoft Defender.
• Perform OS and application deployments, updates and patch management.
• Monitor endpoint performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 incidents related to end‑user computing.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with security, networking and support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Windows 365, Azure, Intune or similar environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Windows 365 (Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus).
• Microsoft Azure administration.
• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• SCCM / MECM.
• Windows 10 & Windows 11.
• Microsoft Defender (Endpoint Security).
• Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell.
