Windows Server Administrator

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Windows Server Administrator to manage and support Microsoft Windows Server environments that power critical business systems. You will ensure system availability, security, and performance while collaborating with infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, harden, and maintain Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide operational support for production environments, handling incidents and troubleshooting within defined SLAs.
• Execute OS patching, updates, version management, and basic automation using PowerShell.
• Maintain documentation and support change execution following ITIL and organizational best practices.
