Account Executive – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to lead Qureos’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the broader Latin America region. This fully remote position will focus on selling our AI‑powered hiring platform to mid‑market and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation and closing.
• Build and manage a pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition and senior business leaders to address hiring challenges.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demos.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs and Customer Success to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting.
• Identify partnerships and new growth opportunities across LATAM.
• Contribute to shaping the go‑to‑market strategy beyond Mexico.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full‑cycle closing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and the wider LATAM business landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Background in HR Tech, AI, recruitment technology is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Self‑starter mindset able to thrive in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.
