About the role

Amazon Retail Business Services is seeking a data‑driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of consumer‑electronics vendors on amazon.com.mx. You will act as the primary liaison between vendors and Amazon, ensuring product flow, growth, and a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to assigned vendors, addressing operational issues and ensuring reliable product availability.
  • Analyze sales, profitability and other business levers to identify trends and proactively improve vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Management Team on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Own the P&L for the managed vendor portfolio, driving growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with internal Amazon teams and the Category team to maintain healthy processes and priorities.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience.
  • At least 2 years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
  • Strong experience with Excel and data‑driven analysis.
  • Ability to assess performance drivers and resolve key issues.
