Account Manager IV – Healthcare & Education Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Manager IV to open new doors and build trusted partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical schools, and universities across Mexico and Central America. You will help these organizations access innovative clinical decision‑support and medical‑education solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑business growth by identifying, developing and closing opportunities for Elsevier’s healthcare solutions portfolio.
• Position products such as ClinicalKey, ClinicalKey AI, Complete Anatomy, Osmosis and other innovative solutions with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through proactive prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Navigate complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.
• Use a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and establish trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and account‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new‑business development and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers.
• Consultative selling approach and strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel across Mexico and Central America.
