Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at Equativ you will be the primary liaison for advertisers, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of both direct and programmatic campaigns. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Ad Operations to ensure campaigns meet performance targets while fostering long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, conducting campaign updates, business reviews and occasional client entertainment.
• Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from upload and workflow coordination in Equativ’s ad‑tech platform to budget and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Ad Ops/Traffic teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless communication.
• Partner with Sales on hand‑offs, ensuring all signed insertion orders and assets are captured in Jira for tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on RFP planning, providing feasibility insights and delivery timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and proactively share results with clients.
• Contribute client insights to quarterly business planning and sales forecasting.

Required profile

• Strong communicator able to articulate ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously as well as within a fast‑paced, creative team environment.
• English fluency required for effective communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and task management.
