Account Manager – Leasing Process (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a white‑glove service that keeps files moving, clients confident, and execution tight from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s main contact during the leasing process and provide a premium client experience.
• Drive workflow execution by confirming readiness, gathering missing information, coordinating next steps, and preventing delays.
• Provide proactive updates so owners always know the status and upcoming actions.
• Manage time‑sensitive items with urgency and strong communication.
• Ensure documentation is collected and tracked according to company processes.
• Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow‑ups, and stage movements.
• Escalate issues early when needed to protect client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files simultaneously with consistent follow‑up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues.
• High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize quickly in a high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
