Account Manager – North America (Spanish‑speaking)

About the role

Join DICE’s Operations Team as an Account Manager focused on North America. You will build and nurture relationships with venues, promoters and festivals, helping them reach fans and grow revenue while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead partnerships to achieve revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Field Operations and Client Success to ensure operational excellence and on‑site event support.
• Track sales performance, extract insights and implement strategies that optimise marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay informed on DICE product updates and industry trends to shape partner event strategies.
• Drive partner retention through contract renewals on improved commercial terms.
• Serve as the liaison between the North American region and central DICE teams, documenting partner needs and expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve ambiguity and achieve shared goals.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Business and commercial acumen.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Proven background in live‑event account management, event operations or marketing.
• Understanding of marketing, social media and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of festivals, venues and promoters.
• Ticketing experience (preferred).
• Willingness to travel across North America.
