Account Manager – Vendor Hub, RO&I

About the role

Amazon Mexico is seeking a data‑driven, customer‑obsessed Account Manager to join the Vendor Hub Program team. You will partner with high‑visibility brands to drive growth on amazon.com.mx, enhance the customer experience, and build strong business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a brand’s product portfolio and improve the online customer experience.
• Produce detailed monthly performance reports and present insights to vendors.
• Lead planning sessions and act as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors.
• Analyze business inefficiencies, propose operational improvements, and support category growth.
• Ensure high‑quality product detail pages and recommend effective marketing campaigns.
• Handle online‑marketing tasks such as product page optimization and traffic generation.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, selection expansion, and pricing issue resolution.
• Track purchase orders, investigate late deliveries, resolve order rejections, and work on PO automation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using data to solve problems.
• Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable adopting new technologies quickly.
• Proven experience in building positive working relationships with vendors or partners.
