About the role

Donaldson is seeking an Accountant II to lead cost calculation activities within its distribution center. The role focuses on analyzing all cost variables, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting result analysis to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze cost drivers across the distribution center and maintain accurate cost calculations.
• Develop and propose process improvements to reduce expenses and enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Prepare regular reports on cost performance and contribute to result analysis.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting or finance qualification.
• Experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
