Accounting Analyst

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will support the Corporate Sector division by ensuring the integrity of general ledger data and performing a range of accounting functions in line with U.S. GAAP. This position involves daily reconciliations, adjustments, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and reconcile general ledger activity, maintaining data integrity.
• Process payroll and benefit accrual adjustments in Oracle and SAP.
• Review and approve statutory travel expenses.
• Perform balance‑sheet and cash‑receipt reconciliations, identifying and resolving reconciling items.
• Monitor actual balances and execute true‑ups of accrual accounts.
• Collect monthly bank statements, investigate discrepancies, and provide supporting documentation.
• Assist with escheatment of outstanding checks and support interim and year‑end audit testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general accounting activities.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective written/oral communication skills.
