Accounting Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and client‑focused Accounting Manager to join our remote LATAM team. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through consistent communication and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee the sales process, including contract renewals, invoicing, and billing accuracy.
• Review and approve account transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
• Monitor account performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal operations to supervise staff assigned to accounts.
• Provide guidance to ensure team members meet performance targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and present regular account performance reports and financial updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or financial oversight.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
