Agile Project Manager

About the role

Argano is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead medium to complex enterprise‑level projects using Scrum. The role combines project leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of high‑quality software solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, enforcing Scrum principles.
• Plan, execute, and close projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables from the Statement of Work.
• Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track key dependencies.
• Maintain a project budget tracker/burn sheet to control costs.
• Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and risk reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and implement quality control processes.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in software development or IT.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional, complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Required skills

• Agile Scrum methodology.
• Project management tools: Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Trello.
• Risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
• Quality review and corrective action implementation.
