AI Tech Lead / Architect (.NET)

About the role

As a Tech Lead / Architect with a strong software architecture mindset, you will lead the technical delivery of full‑stack solutions end‑to‑end, getting hands‑on when needed while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions using .NET Core, React and related stacks, ensuring scalability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions, applying patterns such as microservices, Domain‑Driven Design and event‑driven approaches.
• Design, build and evolve REST APIs with versioning, contract‑first practices (OpenAPI) and robust error handling.
• Define and enforce engineering standards: clean code, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and observability.
• Mentor engineers, foster a culture of continuous improvement and enhance team dynamics.
• Collaborate with product, QA, UX and stakeholders to refine scope, assess technical risks and shape road‑maps.
• Integrate AI‑first engineering practices to boost productivity and quality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership as a Tech Lead or Architect.
• Strong full‑stack expertise in .NET Core, React, Node.js and relational databases such as MySQL.
• Demonstrated ability to design and communicate software architecture (microservices, Clean Architecture, integration patterns, API design).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD practices, Git workflows, security best practices and observability.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with global teams and clients; professional English proficiency (B2+).
