AI Trainer – Finance Relationship Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI assistants that support finance teams. As an independent contractor you will evaluate AI chatbot responses, test their reasoning on complex financial topics, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version.
• Deliver diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and assess their correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
