Analista de Impuestos – IVA y Cumplimiento Fiscal

About the role

The Tax Analyst will support Hubbell's Mexican operations by ensuring accurate VAT (IVA) reporting and compliance with the tax authority (SAT). The role involves reviewing accounting data, validating tax calculations, and maintaining proper documentation of tax withholdings.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and record VAT transactions from third‑party operations.
• Review accounting department information to guarantee tax compliance.
• Analyze and apply tax laws correctly.
• Integrate any accounting data requested by the SAT.
• Manage accounting files, calculate refunds and compensations, and maintain records of taxes withheld from suppliers.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting (recent graduate or near graduation).
• At least one year of experience in tax calculation and accounting records.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
