Analista Medios Digitales

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Media Analyst to define and lead the digital content strategy for Walmart's brands across Mexico and Central America. You will work closely with the Content Management team and the agency Digitas to ensure a cohesive, data‑driven approach that amplifies our portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital content and influencer strategy for more than six brand portfolios (Walmart, Super, Discounts, Bodegas, Private Brands, Financial Services).
• Serve as the strategic liaison between business units and the digital content operation, overseeing the agency’s KAMs to guarantee quality and consistency.
• Lead creative and strategic proposals to boost brand visibility through digital channels.
• Drive continuous improvement using social‑media data to achieve business results.
• Manage cross‑functional projects that enrich the output of the Digital Content Unit (ODC).
• Set, monitor, and guarantee social‑media KPIs and operational KPIs across all formats.
• Align internal teams on business priorities and content objectives.
• Produce reports, actionable insights, and maintain the forecast for content creators and influencers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Production, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and agency management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
