Analytics Engineer

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an Analytics Engineer to design, develop and operationalise machine‑learning solutions that drive business decisions. You will work closely with data scientists, business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to turn requirements into scalable, production‑ready models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain predictive analytics models and machine‑learning pipelines.
• Integrate, deploy, monitor and upgrade ML models on Google Cloud Platform.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Build and optimise data processing workflows using Python, SQL, Pandas and NumPy.
• Create interactive visualisations and reporting dashboards with Bokeh.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and consistency throughout the model lifecycle.
• Manage source code and collaborative development using Git.
• Participate in testing, validation, performance optimisation and documentation.
