Appointment Setter

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an Appointment Setter to drive new business conversations with prospective clients. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and scheduling meetings for the sales team, working primarily during Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other channels.
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate interaction and appointment records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand‑off from lead generation to appointment setting.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with B2B outreach, cold calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience in the communications industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience using email outreach and other communication tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and appointments.
