Appointment Setter

About the role

Firehorse Media is seeking an ambitious Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will turn inbound interest generated by AI‑powered SMS campaigns into qualified sales conversations and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm inbound prospects within 5–10 minutes of inquiry.
• Build rapport quickly, qualify prospects using a proven process, and schedule discovery calls.
• Confirm appointments and maximize show rates through consistent follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep prospect pipelines organized.
• Track conversations, follow‑ups, and appointment outcomes.
• Meet weekly and monthly appointment‑setting KPIs and continuously improve booking and show rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR, business development, inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Professional, confident phone presence with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
• Highly organized with excellent follow‑up habits.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven, and comfortable using a CRM.
