AR Analyst

About the role

Support Levi Strauss & Co.'s business growth objectives by managing the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process for defined accounts across the US, Canada and Mexico. The role focuses on reducing aged debt, maximizing cash flow and contributing to regional revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full AR cycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate cash application.
• Maintain established controls and SOPs to meet collection targets.
• Build proactive relationships with customers and use multiple communication channels (phone, email, dunning via mail merge/SAP S4) to resolve outstanding balances.
• Monitor upcoming due invoices and ensure payments are received within terms.
• Identify and resolve disputes and claims promptly, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Support chargeback resolution and provide documentation for audit requests.
• Analyze cash forecasts, prepare and present reports on collections, overdue accounts and claims reduction.
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Accounts Payable, Finance, Sales and vendor partners to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement meetings to reduce DSO, improve remittance handling and decrease aged debt.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections or claims, preferably in a corporate or apparel environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Excel, with basic AI tool usage (e.g., CoPilot).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
• Experience working in a multinational organization and handling cross‑border data compliance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
